Chocolate decreases stroke risk
Flavonoids such as epicatechin and gallic acid are very effective in keeping the heart healthy, anti aging and de-stress. Another component called Stearic acid which is a saturated fatty acid but do not contribute to cholesterol levels and can even reduce the possibility of heart attacks.
